  • Customers are responsible for checking the lottery results, which are published by the Kerala Lottery Department.
  • Lucky Life Lottery Agency does not guarantee winnings.
  • In the event of a win, customers must adhere to the Kerala Lottery Department’s prize claim procedures.

  • Lucky Life Lottery Agency is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen tickets after they have been delivered or collected.
  • We are not liable for any disputes related to winnings, as the Kerala Lottery Department manages all prize claims.
