  • Courier/Postal Service: We offer delivery through reliable courier or postal services for customers unable to visit our location.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Orders placed and confirmed before 5:00 PM on a working day will be processed and dispatched the same day, subject to ticket availability.
  • Delivery timelines vary based on the customer’s location:
    • Within Tamil Nadu/Kerala: 2-5 business days.
    • Other States: 5-7 business days.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and mode of transport selected.
  • The shipping cost will be communicated during the order confirmation process.

4. Order Confirmation

  • Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
  • Customers will receive an order confirmation email with details, including the estimated delivery date and tracking information, if applicable.

5. Packaging and Security

  • Once the tickets are dispatched, ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer.

  • Orders for lottery tickets cannot be canceled or refunded once confirmed.
  • Customers are advised to double-check their order details before making payment.
